Scriptown Brewing

Scriptown Brewing Company is a small production brewery located in the heart of the burgeoning Blackstone District, just off the corner of 40th & Farnam St. Scriptown opened it’s door on December 1st, 2014, with a focus on brewing classic examples of traditional beer styles.  Patrons can typically sample 10 or 11 beers at a given time in the rustic Tasting Room, or on draft and many bars and restaurants in Omaha and Lincoln. John Fahrer, AHA Homebrewer of the Year in 1996, along with his wife Debbie and partner Scott Stephens have created the environment to relax with family and friends!

An American-style brown ale, is is malt-for-ward and brewed with a blend of domestic and imported barley malts giving it a true nutty and toasty profile.

Yotus IPA – ABV: 6.7% | IBU: 81
Traditional American IPA, Yotus has a complex but well structured hop profile from its blend of Columbus, Cascade, Amarillo, Chinook, Mosaic and Pacific Gem hops. Crisp, dry and full of hop flavor.

Muddy Mo Amber Ale – ABV: 4.8% | IBU: 32
A Britsh-style best bitter blends a sturdy maltiness with biscuit notes with earthy hop bitterness from several UK hop varieties; including Target, Challenger and East Kent Goldings.
